Rural Border Intervention
The Rural Border Intervention (RBI) program addresses specific needs of rural border communities by providing integrated prevention and intervention services. Offers access to substance use prevention, intervention and treatment, and mental health promotion and treatment.
RBI Program Includes
- Program services offered Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or by appointment
- Case Management Services
- Positive alternative activities to increase family bonding
- Comprehensive linkage to services and referral resources
- Skill building educational sessions utilizing evidence-based practices

Youth and adults living within the rural border community; Brewster, Culberson, El Paso, Hudspeth, Jeff Davis, and Presidio counties.
