Healthy Minds, Healthy Lives
Healthy Minds, Healthy Lives (HMHL) program identifies and engages individuals with serious mental illness (SMI) or co-occurring disorders with a need for supportive services. In partnership with the University of Texas at El Paso – Minority AIDS Research Center, the HMHL program provides educational presentations, case management, and peer support services.
HMHL Program Includes
- Case management
- Peer mental health support groups
- One-on-One support from mental health peer specialist
- HIV and HCV testing and counseling
- Mental health education

Eligibility Criteria
- 18 years or older
- Previous history or present mental health diagnosis
- Willing to participate in a voluntary data collection survey*
