A topic-focused mental health peer support group in which participants can expect weekly discussion topics and a safe space for open dialogue, connection, and information on the topic of mental health. Active participation is encouraged but not mandatory, please tune in however you’d like and participate to whatever capacity you’re comfortable. This peer support space is designed to be casual and mutuality-focused and will be facilitated by Karina Hernandez, MHPS.
